I am looking for a professional Guy/Lady to rent my second bedroom in my 2 bedroom flat, preferable a non smoker, sober habit or matured minded individual, as I will be sharing my furnished sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, and lounge. I have all appliances (Stove, fridge, micro oven, toaster etc,) there is also DSTV and you are welcome to use them all without conflicts.
You will be sharing with a black married professional couple. You will have your own bedroom which can fit a queen size bed set and you can as well fit your TV set in there if you have one.
Water is included, but electricity is prepared we share the burden together. No big spenders please.
Rent is R1800 and deposit is required, rent is payable every month end. Secure parking?s are also available with entrance security.
