in an Automatic series of operations the LAUNCH Value 200 unit permits the recovering and recycling, oil discharge, vacuum, new oil reintegration and charging of R134 Air conditioning / refrigerant fluids with no risk of releasing fluid into the environment. The unit also permits purging the air conditioner system of humidity and deposits contained in the oil.
The unit is equipped with built in evaporator / separator that removes oil and other impurities from the recovered refrigerant fluid and places them in a separate container. The fluid is then filtered and returned to the system. The system also undertakes the testing of certain components and seals on the air conditioning system
The unit is supplied fully assembled and tested and operates from 220/250v
In the initial stages the operator is prompted in accordance to the required start up sequence and thereafter the unit automatically performs the re-gassing function, checks for leaks and replenishes the required amount of oil and dye to the air conditioning system.
Upon completion the unit provides a print out of the tasks performed, providing also the USER name, Time and date as well as indication for the Customer vehicle registration number
